Managing Editor Thinks He's a Poet, Help On the Way
Forevermore
Waves flash crazy sunlight,
Winds drive on and on
And birds on nearby towers
Greet another dawn
I draw pictures of it
Till all of them are drawn
And put newspapers on a stand
Until they're gone
All of this while ancient kings
Rest in Avalon
Let us walk in moonlight
Let us walk by the shore
Let birds fly in patterns
On breezes where they soar
Let them dance with the stars
By clouds that heaven bore
Let gardens bloom in hues
The pretty birds adore
And let the truth be clear
To all forevermore
